Barbara is the information centre about the European Capital of Culture, but mainly it is a meeting place of the citizens of Wrocław. It was built in the place of the old Bar Barbara.
In the modern building there is a café with a selection of products from Lower Silesia and kids corner. Open for animals as well. Barbara is a place of culture, expositions, films and performances, workshops and free thoughts exchange.
