The smallest funicular in the world
Did you know that the funicular of Zagreb was elected as one of the most beautiful funiculars in Europe? It is also the smallest funicular in the world, only 66 meters long and for sure the most charming one.
This funicular is a symbol of the city of Zagreb and it connects Ilica Street to Strossmayer promenade. You can also choose the option of a fast VIP ride (price: 20Kn).
Tips:
If you have a heart failure, be careful ! At noon the tower located above the funicular (Kula Lotrščak) shoots a cannon shot. It is really impressive and very noisy!
